I am not a chef...heck, I'm not even a good cook if you get down to it. I burn things, sometimes serve things dangerously undercooked, and can't seem to remember the spaghetti noodles when they are at critical boiling points...but, aside from my failings in the kitchen, I am passionate about food. This blog I hope will bring confidence to other wannabe-cooks out there. I talk the talk, buy the tools, and hopefully one day will actually be able to put some really good food on the table. That I think is my true aim, to entertain my friends with my kitchen adventures, and hopefully they will leave the table full, and a little happier.
